Objective: to drive customer loyalty and build an emotional connection with Samsung Europe Gen-Z customers. We created a loyalty programme to help Samsung Members do more of what they love, with rewards and weekly inspiration surrounding 4 passion areas: Photography, Wellbeing, Entertainment, and Life Hacks.

The key visuals for the programme were concepted around the 4 passion areas.
 We worked in collaboration with illustrator Biff to create an engaging identity that
 would appeal to a Gen-Z audience.

Exclusive to Samsung Members, we created a Learning Series to inspire and drive ongoing participation. With a unique lesson dropping each week, members could learn more about the things they love to do, with the opportunity to show off their new skills by entering competitions.

We even made Mondays fun with a new game of matching pairs released at the start of
 each week. Members had one chance to complete the game within 30 seconds to win a mystery prize.
