Areaworks is a co-working community open in your area, for your area. An alternative to the inaccessible, stuffy central London co-working spaces. An offering that is more local, and more personal.
Working alongside the founders, we ran workshops to distill the company’s values and establish their positioning in a hugely competitive market. We delivered a full creative package: brand guidelines, responsive website, digital content, printed collateral, interior design and signage.
Nestled in the centre of a creative warehouse community in Manor House, the first Areaworks space offered a truly local experience. We created an open and welcoming facade, and fitted the space with gems from local thrift shops and furniture stores. The interior was designed to encourage a sense of openness and community, with touches of playful inspiration.
The website was designed to reflect the brand values, and give a sense of openness and transparency. It served as a shop window for the spaces and a facility for prospective members to make enquiries, as well as a place to list upcoming events and regular blog entries.
Since working with Areaworks on their branding and strategy, they have grown exponentially, opening more spaces in Hoxton, Collindale, and Farringdon.
